Northlight Architecture were approached by the client in late 2007 with a view to redesigning the internal living space at this Grade II listed building, making the relationship between a newly redesigned kitchen area work better with the utility room and garage. The brief also called for the design of an Orangery to the rear with the existing garden area adjacent redesigned to suit. Planning and Listed Building permissions were granted and work completed by late 2008.
